Anyway i would says PR1MA is just a dream, since non had started & non had complete, probably he had to wait till 2020 & beyond to VP.
He should just look for 300K property, actually if he really look though he can still find reasonable property at that price bracket, but knowing him only want New, Fully Facilities, Nice Facade, wanna showoff to friend & relatives then cannot find lah, as what he want cost 700-800K in the market, but what he can afford without burning a big hole in his pocket is 300-350K.
