If want to stay better place work harder, find more money...

Bearbear always say uuuuu ask people to buy Inflated property but I always remind him buy below what he can afford and prima is a good choice..keep a safe margin and can bang for a better unit if market go down...if market uuu he still got a roof top to stay..

The problem is Bearbear want a medium upper condo but less than prima price doh.gif


This just same with kid always want number 1 in class but never study n do revision doh.gif

More like gen y, flippers in particular, they ignored older property and bought only contemporary lifestyle property.

Nobody see 97 crisis coming. Thats why it is a crisis

This time everyone talks about property bubble. BNM working hard to contain price. Government put in measures. Price is cooled slowly.

Deep down, he wants 700k with 500k price tag. Keep saying all properties are inflated for about 200k. Siao lang lai de indeed.

You mentioned PR1MA he will say you dog eyed him again, he sibeh proud of his 4K Salary & 40K Saving one (Though i don't think all the slips belong to him, Probably the 20K belong to GF, 2 of the 5K belong to the 2 relative sub rent his rented apt, 1 belong to his sister, only 1 of the 5K is his.. laugh.gif )

Anyway i would says PR1MA is just a dream, since non had started & non had complete, probably he had to wait till 2020 & beyond to VP.

He should just look for 300K property, actually if he really look though he can still find reasonable property at that price bracket, but knowing him only want New, Fully Facilities, Nice Facade, wanna showoff to friend & relatives then cannot find lah, as what he want cost 700-800K in the market, but what he can afford without burning a big hole in his pocket is 300-350K.

He kumpul2 till max can only show 40K mah, still 60K short to tiok Zuiko.

But nowadays many people also cover their soil land with cement and tile for clean and tidy look.. Mine was like that also, no chance to growth grass, no chance to compare is it really greener in next door.. cry.gif

Move to studio d ma.. I bought in early 2011 kena slash but still a lot cheaper than now..but need house kena slash ma slash la.. Agent told me the same also take it or leave it..
