I went to ijm bandar rimbayu sales office today. Understand the Chimes already fully sold out n left few corner units which are more than a million. They didnt give any rebates n you got to pay full 10% dp or more. But why still sold out???

My unit at nearby, got people offer me at 190k above my purchase price n can pay under table 100k to mark down the spa price n I still turn him down n asked him to buy from my neighbours. I stand firm on 250k above my purchase price. Now I still continue renting out even though rental not enough to cover installment. The person who offered me is real as I know them n they are buying because his daughter is getting marry next year n need a house.

I scouting bsp also n may be next month I ll go down melaka as my agent text me got some good offer. Treat it as holiday while checking my current project n potential projects there.
