How about you? Dun assume too much

stamp duty need to pay lor.. some even finance into loan sum.. 400k below 50% stamp duty

based on my reading, bbw dog eye ppl also even he just start learning and new to market. for own stay, simple solution, buy within the mean is the advise. upgrade when you can afford. buy to wait rather wait to buy. Market no Crash = Yaksi, Market Crash = god only know, nothing to lose for own stay. based on my observation, chance for market is up a bit or stagnant for a while, after than, market will go normal, unless Malaysia go koyak or whole world financial koyak, Money can continue printing, money will keep depreciate.

Green Terrain & Goodview Height where can get 50% discount ?

Anyway new rules is 500K provided you don't own any property including inherited or love & affection transfer.

ask buyers for ownstay to buy.. which dumb prop inflated not for ownstay.. OUG parklane oso investors ownstay after inflated price..semenyih too... savanahh too.. all ownstay but with x + 200k... ownstay.. developers forget can profit 200k right

last liner have knowledge already..

For oenstay.. which inflated prop newly vp is not for ownstay? Ownstay means no room for appreciation.. for the next 5 years to ten.. that not it.. price drops.. you holding it.. why pay 200k for them.. reduce profit margin.. cannot meh?

Y ask people reduce profit? Why 200k again? Flora damansara cannot stay 1 meh, not even 200k...

Buy prima lo at base price..somemore no flipper...

Why don't consider prima? Save face ah? Prima cannot stay 1 meh? Or u look down on people that stay prima?

As long as you use your own hard earn honest money nobody will look down on you

Puncak bayan is negroes lair.. thamks again to flippers simpliciter.. 135k oso rent to negro.. think about those those 400k.. 500k a d 600k above.. see negor sure rent..

prices are around 300k to 320k only nego too..

If I not mistaken this is service apartment la,more expensive on assessment. Pasar malam time worst ...
Forget about it...more decent condo for ownstay at this price tag...avoid service apartment for own stay la..since is commercial title very chap 1, some do own office, some rent as worker quarters , worst some China doll work at massage paurlor downstair. You survey so many condo but come out with this I really doh.gif

Sentul is difference now after ytl enter and duke highway. Many new upcoming project there and will have mrt circle line connect.

Taman bamboo uoa project might be slightly higher and might sell 600 Psf above. Is free hold and location ok ok la.I know some of the land owner there last time
