siao got la.. what sui.. salary increase mean u no need to pay down the mortgage by 35years if the interest rate remain at this low.. I rent out cheap also can settle my house in less than 15 years, even with negative cash flow..

I see it as recession coming soon, unless you get a good offer.. they say proeprty price will go up no matter what, even recession still 5-10% increase wor..

the slow transaction is the indication , many ppl dunno you guys will simply increase meh? but they just dun want to buy already

developers got package to back them up, 90% confirm loans, rebates & discounts and etc.. subsales where got hope?

investors definitely not.. even 1st hand purchasers during soft launch also have problem selling, the late comers , if not own stay can forget a bout it..

their own staff also stop sapu..
