Interested to know where? Join me, don't ask, I can only tell u rental RM11,200, bank installment RM4,800. Oppss....passive income more than your 3,700 salary

You may still be talking about bubble at that time. But if you are financially comfortable, you are not afraid of bubble at all. Our lives have ups and downs. Nothing to be surprised

Usually DDD look from far and feel scared about property collapse. But when a person go buy a property, they are on the ground and can feel the heat. The people they meet, the developer SA, the agent, the banker, the lawyer, the valuer. Suddenly they feel buying property is not that intimidating. It is just a process.

Key word - buy something you can afford comfortably. Don't over-stretch

bro, seldom got people buy new property then talk about rental yield how great 1 la.. buy new more likely to flip in whatever timeframe upon vp or keep for long period, buy old to collect rental to have positive cash flow but not likely to have big capital gain so almost no chance to flip..

They prefer to think in a simple way:
1: Any price goes up (petrol, electricity, food)
