now we live under bridge meh? properties, I dun have, family have maa.. cannot be no place to stay, seri kembangan already 2 units.. rclxms.gif many vacant waiting for buyers choice.. new launch , sub sales rclxms.gif , dun alwayls at home, go out and spend some money..for country growth, if everyone like you bank in properties only and dun spend how?

young buy inflated prop, end month no cash, no spending, at the expense of economy too

bearbear, that is the -10% or -20% I was talking about. If you really looking at only small discount, go for these sort of properties. Don't need wait for market crash to buy

But I dont advice you to buy anything above RM300k. You salary not enough to live comfortably.

you see or not what I see? if +10 to +20%, no one buys.. correction of these range to all will be very good, rental also cut 10-20% lor.. my advice rclxms.gif

i think 520k not worth, 450k maybe worthwhile..

you dun worry about salary , you guys assume till dunno what level... keep putting "fear" to us low salary what what.. your advice is wrong, u dunno the actual earning also, show belum over yet..

Nowadays gf all pre-requisite is must have own house. If you don't have own house, very difficult to get married. Her ji mui will question her why marry someone who can't afford a house. Then when you have children, your situation will be worse. They don't have a proper home to grow up in. Not good for them...

Actually I got 1 auction property at roughly -20% a few weeks ago. If you really want to buy property, any time is good time. See you got money or not only.

You buy only 1 property, but you wait for the whole market to crash. Like you want to drink milk, you go wait for your cow farm to build ? Is that stupid or not ?

Now she ok only. When she go gathering with her old friends, her friends all live in bungalow, drive BMW got a few property to collect rental, while your wife has to stay with your parents, she will be different. Then you will be pressured

I have seen a lot of such cases liao....nowadays our society is very different. You are just consoling yourself. Got roof over head is like in the 1970s and 80s. Nowadays, time change

U should pay 10% n attend the lelong, see what's final price from the bidder.
Don't keep laughing Amayabumibuyer, he made the right decision to purchase 2 units from developer, you're still stragering to get one for own stay.
For me you're useless n hopeless, honestly if I got a son like u, I would kill him rather than keep the rubbish to embaras the family
