BBB are very angry lately, whatever also troll first, 500 to 600k sap sap sui no need o give rebates, discounts package di, ask 10% DP flat, like Didaman 500k no rebates, discounts, flippers lari tak nampak..launched month still less than 5% booked, not purchased

sap sap sui is a matter of definition , otherwise,where can we see, new launched sapu 1 day, sub sales takes years also cant finish, demands are on investment no house owning..

as mention again and again, there is absolutely no doubt of "many ppl" can buy and sap sap sui, but these ppl already had a good property under their belt for own stay... these "many ppl" alos no support sub sales, coz they know cant work any more,

to be honest, investors are banking buyers for own stay, the own stay price is X +200k , name it nicely, own stay, actually it is a water fish buy where in the property cannot get any appreciation for the next 5 years.. and are really at risk of coming down

named only own stay, which completed properties is not for own stay? even OUG parklane also the say for own stay.. bangi also own stay..all also own stay except they do not aware that they are selling it at X +200k

that is asking us to accept the X +200k price.. looks like not working in parklane for sure the next 3-4 years to come, I advise buyers to consider new launch, by then OUG price will the same price/on par with your newly vped new generation condo and of larger size too..

Is free market, willing buyer willing seller, not because few ppl can change the market, parklane for now is supply more than demand, but look at the location, is good , demand will pickup, is just too many at one go. Price will abt 500k in2 year time, let check this after 2 years.

they say only, what so cheap of a loans purchased, so low to servi e and etc etc, remember ppl who bought during that time maybe of a lower bargaining power than the one going to purchase, like OUG, ppl bought 260k, well and good, these buyers are from this bargaining power group, it might sound ok to us, but to the investors of OUG which are 4600 units, 260k could be well their max bargaining power, logic or not?

investors dunno why , you claimed that how strong how strong, and can leave vacatnt and etc... but all I see, were just mere inroads to tenants to Negroes, Middle east and etc, which confirms to drop the price and hard for rental collection.. who allowed them to rent if not the owners himself?

just for a temporary relief, they choose to rent to negroes, many occasion and projects rented out to these ppl, if owner no drink water who can force him? see your very very strong holding power and leave vacant really contradicting.. the project with negors and etc are your best proof..

looks like for time being, not many willing buyers lor.. developers also got units still, I advise for ownstay group to consider developers units, at least can save some legal fees rclxms.gif

as for other projects, OUG consider doable price, like Amaya, seri puteri, Altitude 236, GT 208, Mahkota residence, Pearl Avenue more than 1 year di... still counting... sky vista residency, pertaman residency, vistaria residency, residency 8, beteng, Tiara Mutiara 1 & Tiara Mutiara 2 still launching

with these sentiments, rich investors or normal investors dare to invest ? own stay market for new launch possible, now even 1k, 5k , 10k, DP also cannot laku..
