They have confident when they start building and things changed maybe along the way and upon VP.. its like the first premium product from Akisama who used to build cheap and high dense stuff

Yes the 1st office tower Exchange 106 is open for leasing also the Prudential HQ and finger cross the remaining banks HQ such as Affin & HSBC will be ready as scheduled 2022/23 then the potential to reap fruit of labour

I wouldn't call it "ready" before the shopping malls and infra are built. Also if newly built and all mall empty what's the point? (like the mall beside sheraton hotel PJ)

to show off their financial strength... to let other project buyers believe they are cash rich to even built and sell a property and the developer continue to survive through covid era... even able to VP their largest project to date, RC residences...
