Aren’t that the norm where duplex always at the top of the floor?

Yes the 1st office tower Exchange 106 is open for leasing also the Prudential HQ and finger cross the remaining banks HQ such as Affin & HSBC will be ready as scheduled 2022/23 then the potential to reap fruit of labour
