I went to the sales gallery of this condo, the occupancy rate is really low.

Because the current sales gallery is at the ground level of one residence. The SA bring me walk around and visit the facilities floor. From the facilities floor look up to the building, can notice a lot of empty and bare unit (can see the wires of the ceiling light). There are two tower, one have higher occupancy and the other is terrible. The one with low occupancy currently has more rebate

Leasehold la. I went to the sales gallery ady. One of its con i remember clearly is LEASEHOLD. You can google it, iprop and prop guru all showing leasehold too
