i passed by at night, i think from amount of lights on is probably just 20% occupancy

Because the current sales gallery is at the ground level of one residence. The SA bring me walk around and visit the facilities floor. From the facilities floor look up to the building, can notice a lot of empty and bare unit (can see the wires of the ceiling light). There are two tower, one have higher occupancy and the other is terrible. The one with low occupancy currently has more rebate

By the right this is how it should been done by all developers to control the supply. Why do you wana serve interest for constructed building. Might as well do for every items eg cars. The more they are been pampered the more shitty quality houses we get.
