I just visit sale gallery today
The view is wonderful...
But, I just don't like is
Facilities too simple.....If have children family..
I think children just can play simple playground only..
No more any......
No yard in house . ...For family is not good...
For me, coz I have children...So, I never buy it...Even I most like the view...

It's quite normal for penthouse-size units to be at the top of the building. Even my old condo also have penthouse units on the top floor.

But it really depends on the project itself. Some may come with penthouse units while there are some with none at all and mostly consist of the typical layouts repeated at each floor.

Don't see it as an issue if you ask me. As long as I have a place to call home and content with what it offers, that's what matters.

Nowonder nobody wanna buy and become overhang.. Who wants to live under the boss mansion? Might as well have a sky infinity pool better.

Hmm but think about it, the bosses are willing to stay there woh, doesn’t this show that the bosses have certain confidence in this development?

Seems to me the bosses deem this project’s build quality to be premium enough even for themselves to stay in.

The overhang is probably due to greed, or bad prediction of the market.

Maybe some of those upper management folks will move in there, but most will just keep it as an investment with plans flip it one day. And those latter group are bound to be living in some bungalow somewhere in KL or within the Klang Valley.

To put things into perspective, the old condo I'm currently staying in have penthouse units on the top floor (Level 20) but I don't find it an issue to begin with.
