Any idea when is VP?

Also, is the covered walkway to LRT Chan Sow Lin planned to be built? Currently, there’s a underground path that goes underneath the roundabout to get to the HELP area, but it’s dodgy af.

I don't think Akisama have any plans for that based on a lack of progress on that part. Maybe can try raising this up once the Trion @ KL sales gallery is up? Maybe Binastra might do something about that since anyone from the latter project who plan to go to the CSL station will have to walk around 1km ish on the open pavement towards it.

Plus I do recall seeing some cars rampantly parking on it at one time when I happen to be around that area.

Too bad. The other option is to walk down towards Jalan CSL, but the underpass (pic below) not walkable.

But true, so many residential development (Trion, Damai, that Choon Tian development) in that small space and so near to the industries. Are there plans to relocate those workshops and auto centers nearby?
*
Oh, I was actually referring to the path heading towards the underpass where the walkway towards the CSL station shown in the picture (on the left of the road). I have actually walked on that underpass before and was still able to reach the station.

But you're right, tho. I wouldn't call that walking distance from Trion unless one doesn't mind walking that far on the average working day. From this One Residences, it is still walkable at around 600m, but again, on that same path towards that underpass.

As for those workshop, warehouses and auto centres, I don't foresee any of them moving out unless the developers buy the land plots they're sitting on.

wow mansion not for sale..
but very poor design as the mansion sit on top of all condo units, its like the poor ones are always below the rich

Aren’t that the norm where duplex always at the top of the floor?
*
It's quite normal for penthouse-size units to be at the top of the building. Even my old condo also have penthouse units on the top floor.

But it really depends on the project itself. Some may come with penthouse units while there are some with none at all and mostly consist of the typical layouts repeated at each floor.

Don't see it as an issue if you ask me. As long as I have a place to call home and content with what it offers, that's what matters.

Nowonder nobody wanna buy and become overhang.. Who wants to live under the boss mansion? Might as well have a sky infinity pool better.

Hmm but think about it, the bosses are willing to stay there woh, doesn’t this show that the bosses have certain confidence in this development?

Seems to me the bosses deem this project’s build quality to be premium enough even for themselves to stay in.

The overhang is probably due to greed, or bad prediction of the market.

Maybe some of those upper management folks will move in there, but most will just keep it as an investment with plans flip it one day. And those latter group are bound to be living in some bungalow somewhere in KL or within the Klang Valley.

To put things into perspective, the old condo I'm currently staying in have penthouse units on the top floor (Level 20) but I don't find it an issue to begin with.
