Same bare unit
Same layout applicable for 24 x 70, 30 x 70; whilst Camelia 26 x 70 has a total change in layout
Both phases has a distinct colour roof on its own
Camelia price is 2-3% higher than Amaryllis, I am not exactly sure on this, refer to the SAs
Camelia got more pocket park and an observation tower 
Camelia road layout need to make 3 point turn sometimes if you know what I mean

checked out this place few weeks ago, really like it but wife doesnt like cos 3 storey, lazy to climb stairs and less bedrooms, this taman could be the bangsar of rawang, location is good, like sierramas, just exit highway and can enter your taman, price is also more premium compared to m residence and emerald, feel like buying premium property and stay with rich neighbours

actually, I need 5 bedrooms, I got 3 kids and MIL stay with us, taman sari layout has less rooms but each room is big, more cater for rich family with few kids

Are you mentioning Type B ? Besides toilet is dry kitchen and wet kitchen basically.....

I have tried but the SA said the Project Manager turned down. I even offered to pay for these extra works but the rejected. If more of you also do the same, I think they will consider.

I requested the same from DPC 10 years ago and paid for it. They gladly met my request, Now my home in DPC has hotwater even downstairs i.e. kitchen, washroon, washing machine.

I use it to speed up the water boiling process, defrosting, washing, etc. Greatly reduced my electricity bill.

I think hot water piping is essential and it would be a plus if BRDB is okay with packaging the solar panel.

I'm okay with it, as Rawang Toll Gate to Damansara/Duta Toll Gate is 20 minutes, to klcc, within 40 minutes, to one utama, within 30 minutes

DUKE 2 and DASH will improve travelling time

DUKE 2 Tun Razak Link ends at Istana Budaya and starts from Hospital KL

Counting from Duta PLUS toll gate, it should take you 10 minutes to reach the Istana Budaya with DUKE 2, which means total to KLCC with DUKE 2 would be ~38 minutes

Jalan Duta Mahameru Tunnel 4 lanes widening is completing soon too, hopefully this can ease the traffic.

I think the jam before Duta toll gate would take you 10 -15 minutes to just past the toll gate, yet to try it myself, only judging from Google Maps. Hopefully there's ETC soon at Duta Toll Gate to increase the flow rate

As per my understanding, sand bricks are used as non party wall

I think sand brick could have been chosen to fulfil the scoring requirement in the GreenRE Bronze

Will research more on these bricks next time, more importantly  they selected a good brick supplier and the brick spec.

Workmanship of the brick layer and plasterer is also crucial to achieve the intended building properties, will go observe it when there's the chance ...
