possible worst case scenario - for those who pre-ordered/paid on 31st midnight, even after 7days from 6th November still not receive the phone only to get notification that phone is currently out of stock and need to wait another week or TBA soon. ...

now here comes the whole nonsensical situation - what's with the pre-order advantage or so called early payment all about then?

to express frustration/angry/scold at customer service line - wont make any different/faster delivery (probably got blacklisted/revoke MOC status by them instead)

to cancel the order - another agony of waiting period. you're pretty much at a point of no return really..

to asked for compensation for the bad service - seriously did anyone ever managed to get this from maxis?

to put on poker face, act like this is normal and wait "patiently" - time bomb has just been planted. pending explosion..

to unintentionally forget and suddenly remember that u did place an order for the phone only after receiving a call for a delivery arrangement - Bless you!

Update: iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space gray preorder. Finally, tracking is available today (11-11-2014). Maxis send the order to BS to process.

But why the date is 8-Nov and updated today only ???
I'm expecting to receive delivery this Fri 14-11 as promised by Maxis.

I think the fault is not with the delivery ppl, and i'm pretty sure the poor delivery boys are working their arse out to deliver our phones on their bikes..in fact, i was praying none of them rushing to complete the hundreds delivery a day per person get into any accident or mishap..so be grateful for these people, you'll see them being really tired and all tanned under the sun whole day.

The fault is with how lousy maxis management manages this whole launch (the 6th freaking time they launch iPhone!) and with zero empathy on how majority of their customers will 'actually' experience the whole process. It doesn't take a genius to put yourself in the shoes of thousands of customers who sacrificed the whole night on 31st trying to get a phone on their forever down store and once made payment in the wee hour in the morning thinking all things are done with nice 6th delivery date promised but later being informed those are not accurate, system got glitches and we don't really know or have stock on hand or not...and please wait you who paid first, let us serve all those who pay us much later first liek walk-in customers...as i said many times, it's not about the wait, i waiting 3-4 weeks for Apple Store delivery and I don't mind because that's what they stated before i add stuff to the cart or a clear OUT-OF-STOCK stamp on model that I can't ordered as they really have no stock at that moment..we all understand and respect that. It will be an issue if this is not conveyed clearly and early and we have to pay full 100% payment and sitting at home all the time worrying the delivery will call us 1min before they arrive...damn shower also no peace now...

I would suggest you order from Apple Online Store Malaysia. You will get your phone sooner.

They will just deactivate the old sim card and activate the new one. That simple.

yesterday delivery guy called said wanna deliver at 5pm but FFK
then said my phone is left out at warehouse so will deliver today b4 10am but again FFK
