Apple should honour their partner agreement.

So if Apple store says 1 to 2 weeks. I expect the same for all telcos, provided they actually ran out of stockk.

Frankly, I think Maxis just mismanaged this whole delivery portion of the pre - order.

DiGi was more prepared and they were ready days in advance ..

Just shows whatt their 2 years experience did for them.

Anyhows, if you guys follow the chronology correctly, pre order stocks ran out on 31st of october... (They posted on their facebook, didnt put any message on the MOS store)

Those who orderd on the 1st of Nov onwards, were ordering with a new t&c in place, 7 to 14 working days to be precise.

Again, maxis did a stupid job at informing their customers that they were no longer pre-ordering, but rather, ordering phones that will be sent to you when stock is available.

Bottomline, bad management coupled by customer's misunderstanding of the situation bungled up everything.

No doubt, they have lesson to learn from this. And so do we . Even during pre-order period aka 31st oct .. when you purchase the phone, they did mention 3 to 5 working days ... >.<

We all chose to ignore it .. and expected it to arrive on the 6th .. ah well .

Lets all calm dowm and wait till Wednesday, which is the final cut off for 5 working days.
