Maybe we should start an online petition by asking Maxis to compensate those affected due to Maxis server glitches, maybe we can ask for a free Case?????

I don't mind and will support/join your cause. Slightly later than your order, 7am+. They call and "claim" my set should be deliver at 13th/14th Nov, another week to wait. grumble.gif
But do you think Maxis care ?

Well ... they do care. Still dare to ask my response ? shakehead.gif

I have another contract with Digi expiring soon and I initially tot of switching to Maxis...maybe Celcom is a better choice now after that they did to me

Don't get me wrong, Digi has been improving lately but quickly enough for me as I still suffer from slow internet speed and lack of coverage in certain areas and that has impacted my experience a lot.

I always give them 0, 1 or 2. Nothing more for all the times I called in. Why? Coz they cannot solve simple problems on the first call in. 'We need to refer this to another department and they will arrange to call you back' is their standard motto now and 50% of the time they don't call back. doh.gif

Just called MOS, they told me the diff between the order ID MOS & DDF.

As you know, those order made by phone will be under DDF, and MOS for online order.

The CS told me that, DDF is order made directly to Maxis supplier, where by MOS is made thru Maxis.

Can anyone tell us why there are 2 types of order???

Mine worst, order made on 31st Oct at 2.36am [MOS1334xxx].payment successfully made[Citibank approval code] but until today, my order has yet been processed and of course I couldn't track on MOS.

So for those lucky & "SMART"customers who ordered after 31st either by phone or online, they are able to track their orders and some are actually their iPhone yesterday and today. These people must be laughing at us (like a fool by staying back and battling with proxy error on laughing night-31st Oct).

Call after call has been made and their standard answer is the relevant dept is verifying my payment. Once it is done, they will call me for further action.

Hey!!!already 8 days Maxis!!you are still verifying my payment??

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
*
Just chat with CS, and was informed that they will resolve my issue within 5 days!! I said "Huh!!! already 8 days since 31st October ad you say WILL RESOLVE within 5 days from today cry.gif

I just received a faulty iPhone 6 Plus, that can't be charged for some reason what so ever. Can't ask for one to one exchange with a new unsealed unit since this one has been opened already :/

It out be best if those who gotten their device could update the spreadsheet.

So we would expect when would the latter batch shall receive the phones.

The call not as importtant.

Whats important is thtat you can track your order from the MOS Status Tracking.
