Mine worst, order made on 31st Oct at 2.36am [MOS1334xxx].payment successfully made[Citibank approval code] but until today, my order has yet been processed and of course I couldn't track on MOS.

So for those lucky & "SMART"customers who ordered after 31st either by phone or online, they are able to track their orders and some are actually their iPhone yesterday and today. These people must be laughing at us (like a fool by staying back and battling with proxy error on laughing night-31st Oct).

Call after call has been made and their standard answer is the relevant dept is verifying my payment. Once it is done, they will call me for further action.

Hey!!!already 8 days Maxis!!you are still verifying my payment??

Maybe we should start an online petition by asking Maxis to compensate those affected due to Maxis serve glitches, maybe we can ask for a free Case?????

Just chat with CS, and was informed that they will resolve my issue within 5 days!! I said "Huh!!! already 8 days since 31st October ad you say WILL RESOLVE within 5 days from today cry.gif

Yes that's what Maxis have been telling me ever since I first contacted them earlier this week. Whether they are telling the truth or not we shall see tomorrow.

Hey guys, mine worst, ordered on 31st Oct at around 2.30am[MOS1334XXX], the order status I last checked just now is " Your Order is being processed from our end", no way to track.

Some of my friends who ordered on 1st Nov, 2nd Nov, have already received their phones. One thing I really want to know is, do they really practice FIFO concept?? or something else??What is the point to forsake our sleep and battle their server glitches like a fools on the launched night and only realized now that you will get last!!!

Opp...forgot to add, was forced to pay device advance payment even though I have been MOC member for more than 20 years.

Very sad
