Hi, May I know after u call the number u choose 1 or 3?
I have called several time just now and choose 3 and there no any sound after that.

damn... got status from BRIGHTSTAR, they said my number is not in their list. and maybe maxis not yet process my order.

I ordered on 1st November as well until now no order ?

The BS staff asked me to call maxis and ask. And I was like just forget it.

Upon checking, we are processing it according to the que. Nevertheless, your device will be delivered to you within 7 working days from the day of the launch (Nov 6)
