They are doing their condo show units at upper floor. Sales office only has scaled models at the moment. This project is managed by two agencies.

Haha. Don't know the developer means need to do research. Cannot be everything spoon feed right? 7 or 8 yrs ago, forum was full of information to share but nowadays...all pm pm pm. The mentality needs to change. Property investment is not buying toys. Visit the site, sales office and survey surrounding development, market prices, demographic, masterplan of township. If you don't workhard on it then don't complain you only get leftover or undesired units. Seriously, i am quite sick the complains from gen y. I am sure many gen y are not, means you are in the right track. Those complains let them continue to complain.

Like this project. Cheapest landed in Cyberjaya. if you dont workhard to visit cyberjaya, you wont know the project or visit the sales office to put cheques. Now, ppls complain most good units are gone but others have done their homework long time ago. Good things dont come easy. That's life.

For property investment, you need to go everywhere lol. Matured or unmatured, city or kampung. Lol.

Many ppls confused about Lake Point Residence with Lakefront Residence. Both are opposite each other.

Psf wise yes probably cheapest gng landed in Cyberjaya.

Yanjian built half of the city of Yan Tai.

But UEM never built half city of penang or even melaka lol

Always there are good deals around...not to say Now. Soft market, best time for ownstayer to hunt for their home. Having said that, one or two transaction may not represent all units. It has to count on avg price.
