Mail box structure seem to be in the way. Can park 2 sedan parallel or not?

I don't think you can park 2 sedan car parallel, maybe if one big car and another small one should be fine.

Any interior pics of the house in progress?

A typical car parking lot is 8' width and for 2 sedan parking comfortably... you only need 16ft width of clear access. Not sure about the 20' variance but for 22' width LPR, the space is more than wide enough to park 2 cars comfortably as the column and mailbox are set to the edge of the house.

Some agents posted the latest interior photos.. The developer already installed the laminated flooring on 1st and 2nd floor. thumbup.gif

Look at integrated development. Granted price is slightly higher psf wise but the convenience will be appreciated later. Pangaea (I think), Tamarind Suites are my recommendation. I'm not agent.

Not so soon. Some rows are in more advanced stage of completion compared to others.

Went to the site yesterday to check on the progress. Looks good overall. But notice the available space not fully optimize, eg. the 1st floor - there's some big space outside the master bedroom window and 2nd floor, another big space just beside the balcony but not utilize. Not sure if we are allowed to do anything with this space.

Looking at the latest above photos, look doubtful can park 2 sedan parking parallel comfortably, sure doesn't look like 16ft width clearance with the mail box and trash in the way. Back to back parking no issue I suppose. Dont' yall think?

I think no problem to park 2 sedans side by side. the mail box and trash the most take 4', u still got 18' clearance.
