The Board of Directors of Gamuda wishes to announce that Setara Hati Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gamuda, has on 1 December 2014 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Bukit Melati Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of all that piece of leasehold land held under PN 95272, Lot 66166 in Mukim Tanjong Duabelas, Daerah Kuala Langat, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 104.1 hectares for a total cash consideration of RM392,172,858.00, details of which are set out in the attachment.

This announcement is dated 1 December 2014.


Where is this piece of land located? Near Rimbayu, ES and TA? I read paper mentioned just 2km from KK.

By reading the article, it seems that the piece of land between KK & Rrimbayu/ES/TA..... hmm.....
