Sometimes, investor = flipper. Only good investor can become good flipper. The more they flip, the more money they gain. Bad flipper tend to loss money......

You need to have gut only can be a good flipper. You got to believe in the developer, believe in the economic as well as the on going government policy biggrin.gif

But not all investor == flipper. Some just buy and keep for appreciation.

Anyway, without those flipper, property price would not appreciate so fast..... icon_rolleyes.gif

I think so, if not mistaken, once I read a news mentioned that IJM will build the main access road but the cost will share among the players. This would be a win-win for all parties, isn't it. thumbup.gif

so hopefully rimbayu resident will not do this among each others...

If not mistaken I think IJM got ask us to sign agreement form to form the RA. But later on we must 'officially' form the RA after VP. There must be CEO, COO, CFO assign (just name a few big shot position.... tongue.gif). So these 'big' shot must go to apply with authorities. After grant the RA formation, only able to apply for fencing.

Detail I'm not very sure, but I suppose IJM should help to organize this... This is all the information I know.....
