Rimbayu Phase 1 starting only 5xxK for intermediate...... almost double. We got to settle down for 'poor' ppl G&G loh.

Just that they are constructing the new interchange / road to Phase 1 & 2. But until now can't imagine how they are going to do it. On top of the Arc, it is too far. From the road side, nothing can see.

Last: Chimes left with last 10 units, 3 units of 24x75 and 7 units of 22x75. Who wants to grab the last Chimes units. flex.gif

So sorry that I do not have mountain bike and can't sneak in to take spy photo like others. blush.gif

Besides house is bigger than normal intermediate with 25x75 / 27x75.

Definitely the Market for property is softer now. If you buy for own stay (for more than 5 years times), you are definitely in the 'gain' sides. But for fast money, no guarantee.

As you can see, the whole project of RIMBAYU will take 10-15 years for fully develop, if developer can't make the first few phase appreciate..... I will consider the whole project failed. They won't make 'big' money out of the project...... How the CEO going to report to the shareholder. How they are sustain their profit margin of 20%......

Project size and location is very important. Like Canal City (Rimbayu, ES, TA combine) will be a very sizable project. Location wise just next to KK. Some of the best location you can bet on it rclxms.gif

Your dream will come true, don't worry.

If you are planning for own stay and not for sale, you won't gain
anything from the price appreciation.

By that time, I suppose most new landed property will sell for 1.2M and above tongue.gif

In facts I didn't plan to buy initially. Went to Rimbayu sales office, like the environment. Talk to one of the banker there and she told us that we are eligible for the loan......

Go home and bring the cheque to pay for deposit..... I always talk to my wife just like 'beli sayur in the pasar'.....
