IJM follow the book. Everything step by step. Committee are those eager to move in try to accelerate the process of RA, guard house and fencing. So far response is positive smile.gif

So far IJM keep their words by saying they are going to build the guard post and fencing. Fencing should be those anti-crime fencing type. Officially still need to wait for Pro-Tem meeting and RA discuss with IJM.

Yes.... If they launch the new phase at 700K for 20x70, it is logic Chimes will fetch at least 750K even without fencing & guard.

You can't use the price different during developer launching as the benchmark for future price. For me, it will be more or less the same. The most 30~50K extra.

Price will jack up a lot unless IJM sells similar project in Rimbayu at a much higher price.

My couz sent some pics to me yesterday. Seems like a very nice place but the stairs leading up to the 3rd floor is definitely not suitable for old ppl. His family got 4 kids so I guess its ok.

Nowadays people tend to have smaller family. Family with 4 kids consider 'rare' case already (especially Chinese tongue.gif).

But once kids all growth up, mostly will move out and left with two old folk there...... cry.gif

Then time to downgrade to a smaller house.
