Pros: Will increase the population at rimbayu, and hopefully bring up the commercial?
It means Selangor government focus on this area, which is good for buyer
Ijm take care of medium/low income group

Cons:
Future buyer...how? Will they stop buying when heard of low cost/medium cost? This area is near to which phase? Will it affect that phase? Will the price drop?

the house will not complete without the sink. no CF. if they give better sink, some might not agree it is good enough. so, will still change or complaint. the easiest and cheapest way - install cheap sink.

But have to agree about the playground. Bigger or more playground.
