First thing still need the RA to setup ASAP. Without RA, anything also just talk only, no action can/will be taken blush.gif

Let's hope all buyer (no matter own stay or flipper) going to join the RA and at least let the RA team to apply for the fencing soon.

Everywhere got flipper...... this project launched 2 year ago. That's the boom time, sure lots of flipper.

Somebody mentioned they managed to get it around 500K (rumours), so at such low price, easy to flip

I remember I read in this forum someone mentioned somebody get it below 500K.... not sure correct or not. Even for non-bumi discount @ 570K, flipper still got room to sell. May be only less margin

For me, no worry on flipper. Since they want to sell, they would hope for the community to build the guard house & fence as well. Sure they won't become the committee, but sure they give consent for the guard house and fence. This would be at no cost to them, but potential to get higher return smile.gif

The genuine owner going to form the RA and do all the donkey job. But no choice, if we want a better community, that's the fact we need to face.

Yes... if all support definitely had a very great chance of success biggrin.gif As IJM promised to support on the fencing, if we do not do it, what a waste. It will be more difficult afterward as need to collect one lump sum to build the fencing.
