your "better" is subjective, which field you want it to be better? price? after sales service? etc

Looks like our friends in China have gotten the wrong end of the stick once again, considering the iPhone is made there.

As a comparison, the 64GB Gold iPhone 6 sold in China is RMB6,088.00, which is converted to MYR3,457.82, based on today's exchange rate. That's just MYR100 cheaper than how much a 128GB iPhone 6 Plus is sold for, here in Malaysia! blink.gif

Hence, the proliferation of imitation iPhones..lol

Now you know. smile.gif Their tax is very high. I helped my friend bought a Dell laptop from Malaysia Dell online for RM 2399. The exactly same model sold on Dell China is RMB 7000. blink.gif

Maybe because Apple thinks the Chinese are richer and can afford to pay more for the iphones.  laugh.gif

No la. It's due to tax for imported brands.

I also wanted to wait for stocks to arrive in Epic Centre in order to use Treat Point but gave in an order online yesterday only to be called by Epic Centre eCruve today to say that they have stock for IP6 Space Gray 64GB  doh.gif

Is it? How to make them to call us? Last I called, they said I need to call one by one branch to find out. doh.gif I want 6 Plus though.

Nope. For EPP, you will need to check with your bank. Some do charge one time interest.

Best way to do it is to charge it to your credit card, then do a transfer balance to MBB card as they are having a promo right now.

The Chinese never really liked the Americans anyway. The Chinese government actually banned Apple products to be used in all government and government link sectors. Talk about paranoia. laugh.gif

It's a legitimate concern. After the PRISM leaks, it was also revealed that the NSA intercepted shipments of American-made routers to China with the purpose of inserting a chip that tracks all data going in/out. It's a fact that we have absolutely zero assurance that our privacy is protected.

Well, I can say that our privacy is never protected. Just look at how our phones quietly sends data to developers, manufactures, etc and how our location services will automatically turn on and tracks our location. Best part is, when you install an app, it will require access to your location, address book, social media etc etc and if you decide not to allow that, the app won't be running.
Anyway, a lot of people are too eager in giving our their personal details. Look at the posts on facebook, the pictures on instagram. whistling.gif

I called Epic Centre eCurve to check on the stocks and asked them is it okay that i drop my contact number and to give me a call when they have stocks. The staff there said no problem. But different case with the Mac Store in OU, they ask you to check with them periodically.
