go to telco thread, depends on the telco, some said direct walk in can get depends on branches.

i not defending UPS, but, UPS likes to ship the stuff a circle, may be waste up to 8 hours

last time DHL (ipad), always got clearance delay, surprisingly now don't have such thing (yet)

mine was UPS, i am quite happy their service
