How to claim it?

Call the Apple Care number and they will send a 1 to 1 replacement for you.

Same case here. Ring AppleCare ASAP and they'll arrange a pick up service to pick up your defect unit and then you'll probably get a replacement unit in few days time. I'm not sure how long the procedure will takes as I'm still waiting for my replacement unit as well.

hi guys, ordered my iphone 6 on january 1st via applestore, was successfully shipped on 2nd but upto now seems to be stuck in Subang for some 'clearance delay'. should i be worried or something ? estimated arrival is on 08/01/15 via DHL





update : called up DHL toll free number. They said they don't work on Satuday and Sunday. Tmr ni start process

Our 64GB pricing can't even buy their 16GB.

Not sure... Stated out for delivery but never arrive. Now UPS rescheduled delivery from 2/1 (friday) to 5/1 (monday).. Have to call them this morning. Hope to get it by today..

Looks like our friends in China have gotten the wrong end of the stick once again, considering the iPhone is made there.

As a comparison, the 64GB Gold iPhone 6 sold in China is RMB6,088.00, which is converted to MYR3,457.82, based on today's exchange rate. That's just MYR100 cheaper than how much a 128GB iPhone 6 Plus is sold for, here in Malaysia!

I also wanted to wait for stocks to arrive in Epic Centre in order to use Treat Point but gave in an order online yesterday only to be called by Epic Centre eCruve today to say that they have stock for IP6 Space Gray 64GB
