Details of the complaint :
Introduction - Bought 3 Units of Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E440 from devour. Paid extra for each to get extra 3 Years ONSITE warranty.
The Start & The Horror - One of the laptop encountered a screen issue in mid June, PF0112KS, without suspecting anything amiss, we called Lenovo support to lodge a fault case, was informed to send in for repair as our warranty is only 1 year based warranty.
The Revelation - Upon realizing that, we quickly go online to search for warranty status of all 3 machines, to our horror, all 3 units show the 1 year base warranty only.
The roundabout - Quickly contacted Devour to find out why and was given reason that Lenovo is slow, etc etc. After pushing him for 2 weeks as we need to get onsite support for the faulty laptop (extended warranty we already paid!), finally he helped to register extra 3 years onsite for the first machine. Asked him about how about the other 2 units, he promised it will be settled within next week. This goes on and on for another 3 weeks, yet the other 2 units still not yet registered with new upgrade warranty, we were tired of this roundabout of excuses and delays and choose to give it a rest for a while hoping that the resolution will come soon.
The Bad Omen - Not sure whether we are unlucky or the machines are shite in quality, a second unit of laptop also broke down with screen fault issue in early August. Went online to check if the warranty has been upgraded or not. Baaaam, it was not!! So is the other unit. Getting really upset with this, called Devour and asked him, and was given same dog shit reasons and excuses again. Pushed him to settle the warranty status for the remaining 2 units, after much hassle, he only managed to register warranty for the one with fault. That was in early September.
The Houdini Act - With 1 unit of laptop still with its PAID upgraded warranty not registered by Devour since May. We wanted this to be resolved asap. Devour started to avoid picking up call, not returning call or sms and even blocking us on Whatsapp and facebook. There were few times where we caught him off guard by calling him using not the normal numbers and he give the usual dog shite excuses like he is overseas la, he is on vacation la, by the look of things he is on vacation half of the year! Not that it is a problem, but at least be responsible with his business and your customers money.
Let this be a warning to all people who even think of dealing with this habitual liar. If you are lucky, u get your goods, if u are unlucky, you lose your money, why take risks? Bring your business elsewhere.
