Hi Seager, yes, thats some procedure or ecard involved, usually the delay happened if the unit come with std one year warranty, but they offer for certain country 2 year, but buyer need extend to 3 years totally. In the system , initially they will only stated out one year with outdated starting date.hence the correction or amend should done by few party involved distributor, Malaysia hq, global hq and regional. As per stated, we shall not disclose p&c document s here.
For your info, the link you quote , 7 totally which u mention active complain , 5 of them has solved and the TS has closed the topic, ,u can pm them to check, we do have black and white bank slip, contract of it, 1 of from 7, the TS has informed to collect the refunded from us, 1 of from 7, the TS cant accept the black and white agreement that he had sign which out of our control.
We do notice some buyer will quote those link case to legitimate their over demand on the order, we try our best to solve it but its public forum, in generally, buyer will be threatened us if we not follow what they want , they will post bad about us in everywhere . Very simple example, one buyer order one stuff which we informed him its gonna take 5 weeks at least, in 4th weeks, he ask refund as he found other offer cheaper, if we refuse, he will threaten us post bad here, if we agree , we need bear all the costing, if you were us, what you do ? Most seller will take the deficit to protect their reputation, but we don't. Thats the problem, haha
U met me before, we are small business, what ever business ordered we also accept, hence , at the end, ,1000 order must have 5- 8 bad Apple, like big company maxis, tm, I believe u could see so many complain against them. But I not saying I was perfect seller or can compare with them, what I try to said its if we make mistakes, we will try solve , if we can't,buyer not accept solution, we have to accept. Whatever buyer called us like scammer, idot, worst fuck word also came out, we also no reply such rudely.
