How much they charge for bounced back?

I believe so but not sure though mine went through without fail a few times.

TW doesn't support the ACH transfer that IB's account in US required: for further credit.

No charge to me when mine got bounced.

You can still put a reference in the transfer if you do it through TW's app instead of its website. The IB USD account for deposit is a virtual account unique to every customer. Even without the "further credit info", IB can still know whom the fund is meant for. But in this case, IB is not accepting the source of the funding as coming from a customer directly.

There's no charges, even the $1 withdrawal fee is refunded.

Since Captrader is using IB as backend, are we also facing funding issues from Malaysian bank TT to broker account?

Not sure what issues are you referring to but others including me have funded our IB account it via cheaper method compared to our Malaysian banks' TT. You can look for the method in this thread.

You might as well do MYR->USD via Instarem to your TransferWise USD account then transfer to IB's US bank account. Less one conversion.

UK listed ETFs exist in USD and EUR too. Others here have shared cheapest way to deposit to IB .. once funds are in IB , currency exchange won’t really cost you anything.

I don't think IB accept transfer from third party. O lying accept transfer from account in your own name. Something about AML.

Open overseas bank, use instarem and pay into overseas bank account.
Pay IB using overseas bank account in that country local currency.
Use IB own exchange to exchange to the currency you want since their currency exchange rate is way better than any fintech (cheaper)
