We have service partner in USA, there is no problem of having our laptops to be serviced there. Which model are you eyeing on btw?

I'm interested in the S5, a.k.a Sager NP8651/2, a.k.a Clevo P650SG.

May I know who your service partner in the US is?

Either the color calibration is not suitable for you, or your brightness / contrast is not suitable for you.
If you're referring to the "Blur font" of some windows which make you feel dizzy, it is an issue in Windows 8 or 8.1.
You need to change your display to 100% or Small to make everything sharp

Erm.. when you said it is not sharp, do you encounter some blurry font on some windows ? If so change ur display settings to 100%. Google it or search through this thread, we mentioned it a lot of time.

If it is color calibration problem, no need to reinstall windows 7, just calibrate the color again to suits your eye.

Control Panel -> Display

Over there you can adjust your font size, color etc.

This will resolve your problem of blur fonts.

If you only use single drive, go for SSHD; if you opt for 1 HDD and 1 SSD option go for 1TB 7200RPM HDD.
