Can I buy windows 10 from illegear after the drivers are ready? I can send the laptop to your workshop in damansara to install it. Or I can do it online?

Sent my laptop back last saturday to install windows 10 and they said I could get it yesterday already. Fast service, thumbs up. Frist problem though is that when I install the nvidia drivers for windows 10 it just freeze at "installing graphics driver" and I can't do anything, not even closing the app.
