Other than petrol and groceries spending on Friday and Saturday, is there any difference between using Maybank Islamic MasterCard Ikhwan Card, and Maybank 2 Card MasterCard?

The sole benefit is just that every RM1 spend locally and overseas earn 1 Treatspoints, right?

For Ikhwan MC, no TP for petrol.

RM 1 == 1 TP for everything except petrol

For petrol, I think no TP if you pump on Friday and Saturday (5% CB), but entitled for TP on other days.

I walk in klcc branch to fill application for ikhwan card. But the staff told me to wait next week and no 1 hour approval in weekend.
It it true?

Yes it is true, even weekdays must be apply before 5pm. Probably due to approving manager not working on weekend and off work at 5pm.

Applied my card on Tuesday at Midvalley booth, today I finally see the card shows in my M2U apps biggrin.gif rclxms.gif

Yeah, I understand your point. smile.gif

I am comparing between MasterCard Ikhwan Card, with Maybank 2 Card MasterCard. It is not Maybank 2 Card Amex.

The general feedback here is that there is not much difference in using either MasterCard Ikhwan Card or Maybank 2 Card MasterCard. sad.gif

lol. the big difference between those 2 is that you get 5% percent rebate for petrol and groceries on Fridays and Saturdays with Ikhwan. that's quite good if you know how to plan your spending

Thanks for confirmation.
Anyway, get a call from the staff suggest me to split my credit limit. So I request for 7k Mbb2card and 3k ikhwan. (My total CL is 10k on Mbb2)

Wonder does this mean it about to approve me?
