are you telling me JESUS CHRIST does not have rights to ask me to kill our neighbors ?
are you telling me JESUS CHRIST will not to ask me to kill our neighbors, because bible say love your neighbors ?

I sincerely think you are missing UW's point, by asserting your own opinions that isn't necessarily accurate in the biblical sense.

You cannot convince people that your opinions are correct until you are able to completely discredit the importance of using the bible as a point of reference to Christianity in the first place. That is unless you are actually trying to prove that Jesus Christ himself has just recently spoken to you to deliberately discredit something, or everything that was ever written in the Bible.

And most of all, remain calm and composed over yourself.

MAT 15:11-14 NIVUK

What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.’ Then the disciples came to him and asked, ‘Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?’ He replied, ‘Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.’

MAT 15:17-20 NIVUK

‘Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. For out of the heart come evil thoughts – murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.’

While I understand the passage, it'll be appreciated that it should be clarified on how it relates to anything, so that your message conveyed can be as less cryptic as possible, or at least it sounded a lil' cryptic to me. tongue.gif

Most of the music from the early 90s were corny but it was this hit made him famous.

QUOTE(tinarhian @ Jan 24 2015, 11:44 PM)
Life was full of shitty problems before you meet God. I wish I knew God earlier, but hey, at least I'm not too late.

I don't why I turned to God when I was feeling at the lowest ebb of my life, but I did.

There's nobody to turn to besides Him?

I was desperately seeking for answers for my own life problems.

On top of that, I got tons of unfinished work.

But now, I'm glad I did found God. I'm glad I stumbled upon this forum.

Thank you God for turning my life around.

Amen, sister!

QUOTE(Deadlocks @ Jan 25 2015, 09:01 AM)
You know. If only the journey to seek God is as exciting as the life of a curious archaeologist or an explorer (preferably space).

Why make it complicated if it's as simple by repenting and praying 'The Sinner's Prayer' like my cell group member did and she was surprised it was so simple.

Yeap, reading the bible. But I sometimes feel like an injured animal still limping.

I am still in a state of shock. In just a matter of 2 weeks everything changed. No even an indication or early signs of what happened.

Just came back from church after a documentary screening.

It's called 'Irreplaceable', a documentary about family, sex, children and marriage. Very touching. If you have the time, should download and watch.

QUOTE(kron_ka @ Jan 25 2015, 03:33 PM)
To be honest, for me, my problems won't stop after I met God. I knew it was going to get more serious. Why? Because we live in a fallen and sinful world. Once the enemy know we are servants of Christ, i suppose, the Enemy would focus on blunting the effectiveness of Christ servants. But God will never allow Satan to attack us on what we cannot withstand. With every trial we face, we will persevere and become more stronger and refine like gold refine by fire to get rid of its impurities.

But I am glad after knowing God through Jesus, I have the grace of salvation, God's scripture and the Holy Spirit to guide and protect me.

Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

Our God is a good God and he has the best in mind for us.
All we need us to lean on Him at all times.

Psalm 103 :1-5 reminds us of what God does for us. It is a continuos work that will last as long as we live. Look it up.

KK The road to recovery can be long or short depending on us. If we keep our focus on God it will be faster.

Thx Deadlocks... i will try to remain calm biggrin.gif

Jesus understand bible 100%, but lawyers does not understand bible 100%. Therefore sure there are something that we don't know. If we say "bible is very clear about this and that"... be very careful... ask Jesus, because only HE understand bible 100%.... My term is: Ask HS...

Many christian are powerless, because their biblical filter is a set of "yes / no", then after that they ask GOD for blessing.
My Christianity is acknowledge GOD is righteous / sovereign over "yes / no", and ask for exception if i need to break the law.... Ask HS that is my short.

1. can christian lie ?
2. can christian salesman convince client by hiding some truth ?

I think we both know lah ya... what is my answers biggrin.gif

I am still in a state of shock. I never knew my ex could just say sayonara to me just like that. All the while I thought everything was going well, I failed to see the blind spots due to my busy state at work. I made one of the biggest blunder in the universe to make her misunderstood that I was hiding the identity of my house. But at least I handled this better than my 1st break up.

I got to bounce back and get back on my feet.

This morning I had a conversation with an ex colleague, he told me about one of my colleagues had divorced and remarried a vietnamese. So yeah, maybe I should be glad that i didn't end up like that. Many people who experienced divorce would rather wish to be single than experience a divorce. Still somehow that only comforts me a bit. Because I won't what would happen in the future, if I do marry I just hope I won't get into a divorce.
*
Nah, don't worry, you will, just a matter of time.

You don't give much reason for people to doubt you're a lunatic, do you?

Sigh.

God Told Woman to kill sons.

God told me to kill my baby

God told me to stone someone.

I think you potentially could be one of them. Since you say If the HS tells you to kill someone you will do it.

The Ten Commandment already stated "Thou shall not kill right?"

But talking about euthanasia, it does constitute as mercy killing right?
