EC can't reflect the real prop market ba?
Executive Condominium (EC) always have market coz can be sold 10 yrs later as private property, to PRs or foreigners who can't afford to wait 3yrs after PRship to buy subsales public housing.

Sell as private properties? The price also million million sound...no different than other private condo around....pr still got lots of choices if needed private condo.

EC would be cheaper due to usually smaller layout (1 bedder/2 bedder).
