I think those who got invited on 30 March is those who successful balloted.
I get invitation on 1 April which is in waiting list. They invite me to attend the event only. Only able to choose a unit if there is leftover. |

Please be reminded to do your due diligence. Land is now converted from freehold to leasehold. No. of car parks reduced, floor plan and facilities greatly changed. Go check how many lifts per block, corridor width, ceiling height, tiles and power point specification.

1 block is reserved for bachelor enclave scheme. Anyone knows what is that? Where can I get more info on the plan layout etc for this prima brickfield. Do they have a salea gallery?
