Vista OUG is in the plan to be converted into freehold.

Rumahwip is yet to have Brickfields, but PPA1M already has it, freehold and cheaper somemore smile.gif

Anyway, PR1MA will have thousands units for Mon't Kiara, coming very soon.

Might as well wait for that if you are keen. Hehe

Oh, U mean PPA1M Brickfields, not rumawip...I knew PPA1M Brickfields is a very good deal but only for govt servants and now closed for application. I'm not a govt servant, so bye.gif

Let me share (i was invited to pr1ma expo today).

1. Product
3 blocks - B and C open for sale
Block A - nearest to entrance - Type C (932 sqf) and D (1005 sqf) for future development

2. Price - Block B and C
Type A - 691 sqf - 270k - 1 cp
Type B - 799 sqf - 299k - 1 cp
Type C - 932sqf - lower floor - tandem 2 cp - 370k
Type C - 932 sqf - higher floor - side by side 2 cp - 380k

3. Completion date
3 years from snp but never stated 2021

4. Facilities - Dewan, Tadika, Taska, Surau, Gym

5. Outlook - no balcony, so i think it look like ppr apartment

6. Freehold (previously) to Leasehold (now 98 years left).

Do you still think, it is still an affordable buy?

If for own-stay and you like the location (near to your office / children's school) then yes can buy. For whoever looking for fast money or durian runtuh, don't spoil market and disturb first home buyer's market.

I left at 4pm.
Nice face direction - corner, sitting south facing north and morning sun - fully booked.
Intermediate, corner and evening sun - banyak lagi

Block B and C - type A, B and C
Block A - type C and D only

Dimaklumkan bahawa anda berada dalam senarai simpanan bagi projek kediaman PR1MA @ BRICKFIELDS (Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur). Sehubungan itu, tuan/puan juga adalah dijemput hadir ke pemilihan unit bagi kediaman tersebut pada masa dan tempat seperti di bawah;

Tarikh : 31 Mac 2018 (Sabtu)

Now I feel troubled, so many negative comments regarding the price. Location wise it is definitely strategic with MV right next to it.

SA told me, there is no swimming pool in initial plan too.
Save on maintenance fee.

Btw, brochure never stated tile, power point, type of door/window.

I checked alam damai project. Pretty bad comments.

Could be a 100k apartment, but selling 300k.

Potential buyers should ask before sign on the doted lines

Ppa1m and rumahwip always have upper hand over pr1ma, based on the delivery outcomes and pricing.

I went yesterday, they say gym also no more d, just a big activities hall....

And 923sqf only got 2 rooms + 1 small utility room...

No balcony
