The original plan is to take 10 yrs to fully develop EM. Further, with the acquisition of 492 acres of EcoForest nearby, EW will be busy for a long long time in Semenyih area.

Yeah, the upcoming 2 phases are quite huge, so they might divided into 2 sub phases but could be under 1 Precinct to avoid multiple Precinct.

Upcoming phases should be more interesting to see the much different concept of the Terrace Homes.
