Good sales, demand for landed seems consistent
Developer's branding effect also another main factor

I am leaving now.

Its about 95% sales as per SA said. Got ppl come in and go up to select unit, but dunno end up got buy or not.

After Cradleton and Tenderfields so many units sold, at this junction of sales consider impressive.

They now divided into North Garden, South Garden and Central Garden ( the 2 rows facing it ). They will open the remaining North garden units and then will launch South Garden back rows and moving fromt, so Central Garden will not be so soon but could be Jan 2015.

Agreed with you that it's an impressive sales figures as I thought people might be holding back awhile to control their spending. Anyway I'm happy thay the outcome proved me wrong smile.gif

So the entire rows facing the linear garden are called Central Garden (like the attached pic)? Any indication when will they start opening the South Garden? Upon the grand opening of sales gallery?

Entire row ( ur drawing ) plus the behind row is Central Garden. I mean 2 rows from North and 2 rows from South, these 4 rows become Central Garden.

South Garden definitely next month or so. After they released all North Garden units with tentatively RM 10k increase every new released.

Yes, I also swift my attention from highrise to landed since 2012.

Agree that landed demand is consistent plus new township is deciding factor as well as branding and its concept.

Not many developers dare to launch so many landed in a single calendar year.

8A, 20x70 RM 686k onwards, end / corner RM 950-980k
8C, 22x70 RM 776k onwards, end / corner ave RM 1.05m

Intermediate / end lot : 4% discount
Corner lot : 5% discount

Many new buyers instead of repeat buyers.

Also notice a lot of couples with parents still deciding due to good number units being taken up quickly.

I think it's typo error. 8A should start at RM688k and 8C at RM768k.

Assuming corner extra 20'
Extra land of 185/sf - 193/sf land premium is quite drastic to me
