If this is non strata, i'll go for the 8A corner which i could extend the side of the house kau kau and have a much larger internal sqft. However, in this case, that 20ft extra land can't be used for reno.

Also bear in mind that 8A corner with 2597 sqft is counting the 2 rather large balcony space.

Oreo boss. True, non strata property vs individual title bear the decision making on 10" vs 20" extra land.

For me, for strata, I just want and afford 10" ft, just nice, 15" would be great. But 20" could be too big for me, but some families maybe wanted as big as possible, regardless stratified or individual.

If highrise, I like balcony. If landed, balcony is not my major point, unless I am buying semi d or big big built up house, the balcony might not eat too much space of the overall built up. Kkekkekekle. It just a plus for me.

I am wondering the same. Is it just this plot of land or the entire SEH is higher than EM?

It's a schoolboy mistake that should not happen. Anyway, I believe that they will look into the matter seriously and act in a prompt manner to get the issue resolved.

Unsure of whole SEH is on flat land or whether the standing point of te photos is higher than the rest of SEH

For EM, the road and show village is slightly on lower land but not the whole EM. If all notice, all the housing precincts or houses were built on higher elevated land of about 10" ft higher than the main roads ( Persiaran Majestik efc ) Some part of the Cradleton ( only some of 1A ) also curving downwards slughtly towards Lekas or STP

Quite hard to visualise the end result now but it looks like higher land deserve better price (in same development)?

I am guessing southern garden will ask for higher price as it's at the highest point in merrydale. Maybe that explains why central garden launches ahead of southern garden.

Just guessing.
