Hi bro, yes. That was existing road via Jln Semenyih / Jln Kesuma and link to East Gate.

If to travel to KL, yes, the new interchange could save even a lot of time due to direct entry to Lekas and for first 5 years, surely not many cars. Jln Semenyih roads more narrow and quite a lot traffic lights.

Oh yes, it's the East Gate.  The Lekas-EM interchange will lead you to the Silver Square, ie the commercial area at the Sourthern part of EM.  It depends on where you are coming from - if from the KL area, then I think entering into SEH-Lekas interchange and then drive in to EM through the red carpet is perhaps shorter than using the EM-Lekas interchange. But in whichever case, definitely better than driving along the busy Semenyih road.  In terms of distance, from which point are you referring to? Sam kor (Samkps) is like the earth worm in Sementih - he can give you a more accurate calculation and time needed to travel to Semenyih

This is the new traffic route map that will link up Setia Ecohill 1, EcoMajestic and Setia Ecohill 2, which has been shared by a forummer long long time ago... Look at it carefully and you will understand how the connecting route shall be in place..

I myself has been putting much anticipation on the "green route" in the the map, which is called "east-west link". If this link road is in place, that's mean EcoMajestic shall not only connected to Lekas, but will be connected to the North South expressway as well, via the bandar seri Putra exit. This will totally link up Semenyih with Bangi and definitely will benefit the residents from both townships...      Much hope on this..

Ecohill land looks higher than EM? 
There will be a slope down from Ecohill to red carpet bridge?

It looks like overall SEH land is higher than EM

Unsure of whole SEH is on flat land or whether the standing point of te photos is higher than the rest of SEH

For EM, the road and show village is slightly on lower land but not the whole EM. If all notice, all the housing precincts or houses were built on higher elevated land of about 10" ft higher than the main roads ( Persiaran Majestik efc ) Some part of the Cradleton ( only some of 1A ) also curving downwards slughtly towards Lekas or STP

Don't think you will visualize any different in terms of "height" between SEH and EM.. Don't take the red carpet bridge as the reference, since it is in the valley.. From what can I observe, from SEH will slope down to the red carpet bridge, then slowly the geographical terrain will slowly up again towards the EM.. Red carpet bridge is just like a valley in between...

Lol... those pictures are taken at the PARC.. Have you been the PARC of SEH before? It is the highest point of SEH, 92.1m above sea level, for sure everything in the surrounding looks lower.. Perhaps you can pay a visit to the PARC, then you will understand about the condition..

Yeah, normally the PARC closed at 7pm if not mistaken, 6pm SEH staffs started going back already.. 

Yes, I think there are 16 or 18 show houses in SEH site, just beside the welcoming center.. However, majority of these models are already sold out.. Not sure they still building new show houses or not.. Just bear in mind these show houses already set up one year plus already, if compared to EM, will look a little "old"...   

Then next visit, u can try to go SEH and check out the PARC standing point. Haha.

South Garden is slightly higher only compare to Central Garden. But Merrydale precinct is already on elevated higher land compare to main roads.

It may command higher price and generally looks better from a view of a row.

But Central Garden more special mah.
