Hi, what is the price for central garden? Anyone knows how many more phases or plot of land are for residential in EM? Just trying to get quick answer here if anyone knows. Thanks!

Thanks Jasoncat. The access road on the right is it the east gate? I understand that there is new intercharge from lekas to em, i do assume the time taken will be shorter than using jln semenyih but what about distance wise, do u know?

If to travel to KL, yes, the new interchange could save even a lot of time due to direct entry to Lekas and for first 5 years, surely not many cars. Jln Semenyih roads more narrow and quite a lot traffic lights.

Thanks Chris. The distance between 2 EWSG is about 12km via jln semenyih, with the new interchange i wonder whether will shorten in term of km too apart from minutes.

Oh with the real road i can drive or use Google maps to get the actual mileage. Just wanna visualise the benefits of having the new link. I hope that i didn't ask too much 😛

Since both EM and SEH developments are side by side, how do u justify EM's price over SEH considering SEH nearer from KL and cheaper? I know this is a personal opinion but can u share if u don't mind? Others views are also welcomed please ☺

I am not sure if this has been discussed before but i think still worth discussing again as things may hv changed after the earlier discussion, maybe.

Thanks samkps for the detailed explanation, it's very informative. Can i suggest to put this access link and master plan image on the first page, i believe that this is definitely benefits forumers who wanna hv a glance on overall development.

Is the "green route" something in the plan or just a hope at this moment? Anyway this is just link to bangi. Any possible route create even shorter route to KL? 😛

Quite hard to visualise the end result now but it looks like higher land deserve better price (in same development)?

I am guessing southern garden will ask for higher price as it's at the highest point in merrydale. Maybe that explains why central garden launches ahead of southern garden.

Just guessing.

Yes, I think there are 16 or 18 show houses in SEH site, just beside the welcoming center.. However, majority of these models are already sold out.. Not sure they still building new show houses or not.. Just bear in mind these show houses already set up one year plus already, if compared to EM, will look a little "old"...  tongue.gif  tongue.gif
