I have talked to the SA who responsible for my purchase, he said their management is acknowledged on this and will provide us the update. He told me few buyers already make the same complaints to them. This is the power of forum and FB  . The purchasers of 2D who not make the complaint yet, please do so and quote we are all group together thru lowyat forum and FB (this is what i told them), so that they know we are not act alone!

 

EcoMajestic is the first landed project of EcoWorld in KV, reputation is supremely important for a "new" developer..  Should lodge any rationale dissatisfaction to their management and I am pretty sure they will look into the matter seriously...

Any idea where's the flyover bridge in the second picture? Can't find it in the master plan.

The location of the bridge seems to me very close to the "central roundabout", is it rather a roundabout, SPS providing a flyover bridge instead? If really, then it is a superb good news for all the SEH and EM residents, as this overhead bridge definately can ease the traffic congestion better than roundabout.   

Yup, same place as current roundabout indicated in their master plan... I think they modify their origin plan slightly.

Not sure how this road shall be connected to red carpet bridge, as the connecting road suppose to be near to the Sales gallery of EcoMajestic (circle in red) if following the masterplan..

If following the master plan should be straight road, might be some changes after they revise the soil/geographical structure. It seems like the bridge is already in place...
