By any chance, are you using screen protector? Sometimes the ghosting are caused by the smudges and screen protector.

but it's adhered to the screen.

yeah. but i dun dare to use it once it reach that heat. scare will die or explode. lol. everytime i shut it down and wait till it cool down den only i open up. last time my s2 also like that. i ignore it and continue to torture it. end up it live a short life.
