QUOTE(jovialguy @ Jun 11 2015, 05:09 PM) thanks for the info bro hmmm... i was tempted to upgrade to z3+ until i saw this...hehe was cracking my head saw the z4 in tokyo few days bck looks ok only.not so impressed wit it http://www.xperiablog.net/2015/06/10/japan...of-heat-issues/ previously it was reported that Z3+/Z4 uses S810 v2.1 which should have solved the heating issue. but now seems like it did... luckily my z1 still serving me well. with the new battery, i guess i can wait longer for a true worthy successor |

Mobile Device never part of the huge resolution for SONY Malaysia, not surprise if z4 not coming to local store. Plus, it still within the box of z1, minor specification and design improvement though it reach the 4th edition.
Anyway, for those who plan to have battery replacement, SEMS Service at Amcorp temporarily out of stock. Might need to wait for couple of days. |

Might need to wait for couple of days. - bigger and better screen - stereo front facing speaker - 32GB internal storage - longer battery life - slimmer and lighter - flapless usb port - better processor and graphics chipset well, if not for the overheat and big throttling issue of the processor, i really think it's a great upgrade for z1 owner |

There are quite some decent ones in the market. |

QUOTE(MjMax15 @ Jun 12 2015, 08:35 PM) yes, overheat was an issue to me. The only compartment that have explosion risk is battery. As long the heat exposure isn't too extreme that exceeds 55C, then say goodbye to your hand and phone as well.sometimes im afraid this phone might explode at my face while gaming lol ooops And you meant M4 aqua again. |

Plus quite a number of us have already change theirs, myself included. Z3+ is easy to skip.
