y u got the update while others still stuck in 242? u sure yours are MY firmware?

i just check xperifirm and the latest firmware for MY is still 242 leh. crap... i even checked all other countries and all got 270 except MY...

yeah. i think the hang happens when it heated up. sometimes i feel like i can fry egg with it.

Kinda frustrating. I like the new update, interrface and all those... sigh...

for me, heat is always there on my z1 whenever i play games, regardless of jb, kk or lp. the heat can be very hot if playing in outdoor. however, even when it's hot, i have never encounter any hang or apps shutdown/force close whatsoever. so to me the heat on my z1 is still acceptable.

I think it's not only Sony phones but any phones will have heat. If there's no heat, he/she might be facing paranormal activity.

True. Tell me one smartphone that never get heat for long hours usage, I will definitely go buy now.

today i played future fight by marvel from 85% to 20% battery
no excessive heat, just normal if i touch the back cover

what have i done?

yeah heat is there. but the heat is unusually higher at random times at lp compare to kk. that is what I am experiencing. probably you did not use it up till it heat up till hot enough to cause the hang.

what game you played? if does not involve high processing game den wont heat up too fast geh. try play game like asphalt 8 from 85 to 20%. haha

my screen also bulging out dy, planning to send it to SEMS amcorp mall tmr morning and hopefully can get it back on the same day

gf sent hers and got it back after 1.5 hours.
it is the back buldging and also changing of flaps.
also did a firmware reset.

i called up SEMS, the guy said auto shutdown is due to firmware issue. I'm still using KitKat, does Lollipop fix this auto shutdown issue?

no idea, she nvr had much of a problem.
and the issue she had is battery-based.
why haven u updated to lolipop?
