Hi,
My g55vw stuck at bios.. It keep looping and looping..

Then today it happen, it look like bios cant find booting windows..  But it keep looping..

Have you updated the bios? check if bios update is available. Some windows 7 drivers are not compatible with windows 8, especially windows 8.1.

How you format it? UEFI or Legacy bios mode? Check if UEFI windows, make sure your bios is set to boot UEFI.

First of all the price i kinda got cheated i guess i am new to malaysia :/
went to brightstar gaming in lowyat and they sold it to me with a 4 year extended 2 year international and 2 year icare local
i shouldve bought from lelong instead :/ http://www.lelong.com.my/17-11-asus-rog-g7...5-11-Sale-P.htm
who cares about 2 years extended i mean whos gonna keep the same gaming laptop for 4 years

my experience is kinda good but not as good as G750
performance wise its very good but comparing the price and features the G750 JZ was much better

the specs i have are core i7 GTX 970 128GB SSD/1TBHDD 16GBram had to add an extra 8gig for that
Its feels abit smaller than G750 and a gaming laptop should be BIG

I bought the G750 JZ for 5999 from ALL IT HYPER MARKET in LOWYAT
and the G751 i bought for 6100 RM/

lelong has it for about 5100

Told you, brightstar should become black star , i knew the experience as i had been surveying around lowyat. The best Deal is to deal with dealers around. KL have so many dealears for notebook or pc parts but you have to do some research first. some of them at Lelong.

sometimes it is better to pay more for the sake of sealed product with nothing internally swapped. Just like smartphone buy ori for the sake of Original Warranty.

yup, slightly tuned the setting from utra to high will gain up to 60fps for COD Advanced warfare.
Enough for me.

Do you notice a big difference between high and ultra?

usually since the difference is not much, just play at high with higher fps.

not much difference, ambient occlusion, dynamic shadows, anti aliasing are set to high
For texture quality its remain extra. So overall graphics still excellent yet super smooth compare to all setting set to extra.
