lol! are these keys for real?

Yup, they are real. i brought one and verified with Microsoft. But only the key, not include DVD or any hard copy.

sweet i will get a few more later. (swap all the 8.1 sl to w8.1 pro)

Yup, search at lelong. but careful, some of the seller get the key from china which only cost RM10 but sold RM50 respectively. It does activate the windows but i don't know why, seriously. Kaspersky chinese version cost RM5 per year.

wonder why they always get something such cheap yet working!

Support OEM if affordable, Pay RM300 ~ 400 to buy an original hard copy.

G751 with 970m so tempting... one question though, the top still the usual matte rubber?

i checked out those sale posts at lelong just now. unless they use the same trick that i use (token restores), it's kind of hard to believe that the keys they sell can be used for online activation for so many times. (MS that i know never do that)

yeah it's unbelievably cheap. by the way i already have a few sets of retail version

Thanks for the replies guys Turns out its in my bios. w8 keys are no longer in stickers at the bottom of laptops these days.

Hi, I found that lately my g750 when switching programs, like chrome -> game -> chrome loop, the screen will get brightness(little bit) and return normal after switch another program, switch again will brightness(little bit) also. I check the brightness adjustment still remain unchanged.

uh? how did you solve that? do you mind sharing with us? it might help others, too.

That's normal, its like a feature offer by intel under advanced power option, display, adaptive brightness. Turn it off will solve the problem.

yes, asus service center is your best bet. this adapter is rare here.

My g55vw stuck at bios.. It keep looping and looping..

Bios detect my hdd

When happen : last year i upgrade windows 7 (stock) to windows 8. Then 3 days ago i reformat back to stock windows, update to date windows update..

Then today it happen, it look like bios cant find booting windows.. But it keep looping..

check ur bios date time. Used to happen on XP due to date time misconfigure aka the motherboard battery died.
